The challenge
TNP tracked all tax returns in Trello. With a growing number of clients, each with their own entities, return types and deadlines, that quickly became unmanageable. Creating and dragging cards by hand took time, and the risk of something slipping through kept growing.
What we built
We built a planned platform that generates the complete tax-return planning automatically. For each client it's immediately visible which VAT return is due in which month or quarter, which income-tax returns belong to it and which entities fall under it. Everything is set up around the way TNP works, so it feels like their tool and not a standard solution they have to adapt to.
